Clients are responsible for providing their own fitness equipment for in-home sessions. After your first session, I’ll let you know what equipment will be needed based on your training plan and training space. Equipment may include dumbbells, resistance bands, a yoga mat, a stability ball, and other basic fitness equipment. Don’t have much equipment? No problem! I can design your workouts around the equipment you have available, including bodyweight exercises when appropriate.
