BRIAN CHAVEZ SOLIS
Brian is a former college soccer athlete at Cal State Dominguez Hills. Competing at a high level with high demands in performance and delivering results he has taken his experiences and has enhanced his methods to optimizing his clients movement, nutrition, and lifestyle habits. He is decisive, determined, and disciplined helping his clients stay on track of their fitness goals. Brian is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine while continuously pursing his education through new certifications to provide the best service to his clients. He wants to erase the common culprit of bad training technique in regard to strength and conditioning and use exercises to improve the way you look and function.
